At Axiom, ‘The Job Isn’t Done Unless It Is Done Right’
Chris and Kathy O’Donnell needed a hero. When problems with the $8,000 heating and cooling unit installed in their home became apparent, they needed help. An original erroneous load calculation led to a contractor installing an over-sized unit in their home. That unit had been overheating and using its emergency shut off mechanism consistently, and unknowingly, the O’Donnells were in constant fire danger. More than a year into the effort to get the original contractor to take care of the problem, the O’Donnells found Mario LoPrinzi, owner of Axiom Home Services.
“Mario came out of the blue and was the guy in the white hat for us,” Chris O’Donnell says. “He did a calculation and contacted the manufacturer about the problems we were having. He got their rep involved and from there we got a lot of attention. “He must be highly regarded with this particular manufacturer,” Chris adds. “He met with them, explained the danger and they replaced the unit for us and covered the installation by Mario.” In the heating and cooling industry for 35 years, Mario holds an MM98 — the highest certification for air conditioning and plumbing — and is well-respected in the mechanical community. While certified for both residential and commercial servicing, Axiom Home Services specializes in residential applications.
It’s services include the installation and repair of heating and cooling systems, ductless systems, tankless and standard water heaters, radiant heat, load calculations and duct work.Mario wants his customers to know that Axiom is the last word on their home care when it comes to heating and cooling. “I am the first one on and the last one off of every job,” he says. “I am there until it is done and it isn’t done unless it is done right!” Deeply disappointed by the number of homeowners who call him to fix problems left behind by less-committed contractors, Mario vows to be the last call they make.
